Barb grew up in Upstate New York and moved to Florida to attend the University of Central Florida in 1990.  Go Knights!!  Her career in real estate began in title insurance, where she learned the business working alongside her mother. After gaining valuable experience, she launched her own title company and later earned her mortgage license. In 2020, she made the full-time transition into the mortgage industry, where she’s been helping clients navigate home financing ever since.

She currently lives in Winter Garden with her husband and their two grown sons. As an avid CrossFit enthusiast, you’ll find Barb at the gym every morning before the sun comes up.  However, on the weekends, you’ll often find the family boating in Brevard County and enjoying time by the water—their favorite way to unwind.
