Hello, my name is Brad Nugent and I’m a mortgage loan officer for the of American Pacific Mortgage. I started my mortgage career in the Capital Markets Department of American Pacific Mortgage working with rate locks and pricing for all of our branches. My time in Capital Markets gave me a unique perspective and understanding of the mechanisms that make money move in the mortgage industry.

My early experiences in the corporate office helped me gain an understanding of the mortgage industry and led me to realize that I wanted to be a loan officer, so I could better help shepherd individuals through the loan process, something I quickly grew to excel at.
