My name is Connor Pollock, and I was born and raised in Folsom, CA. After graduating from Cal Poly in 2017, where I competed as a Division 1 wrestler and earned my degree in Philosophy with a concentration in Society and Ethics, I returned to my hometown to begin my career in the home loan industry.

I started with American Pacific Mortgage, where I gained valuable experience working in a fast paced refinance sector to get as much hands on experience in the business as possible. After two years, I transitioned to the corporate side, where I spent the next five years overseeing the integration and training of new loan officers and support teams across 30 states, helping homebuyers achieve their goals nationwide. This combined experience has allowed me to cultivate a deep understanding of the mortgage landscape and develop a passion for guiding clients through the process.

After successfully closing over 1,000 loans, I made the strategic decision to join Element Mortgage due to their operational efficiency. At Element, I am dedicated to providing personalized service and expert guidance, whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or an investor looking to add another door to your portfolio. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through lifting and Jiu Jitsu, and I love spending time in the community where I grew up. Balancing work with my personal passions helps me stay focused on delivering the best service to my clients.
