As a recruiter with Element Mortgage, I’m passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities. I began my recruiting career on the agency side before transitioning into the mortgage industry, where I’ve helped scale teams across both the retail and consumer direct spaces. My approach is rooted in building strong, genuine relationships—because I believe long-term success starts with the right fit.

I grew up in a military family, spending much of my childhood on Air Force bases before eventually landing in North Pole, Alaska (yes, that North Pole). Today, I call Raleigh, NC, home, where I live with my wife of 10 years and our two young kids—a 4-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son.

Outside of work, I’m an avid runner, currently training for a marathon. I also enjoy volunteering at my church, where I run lights for various events. And if you’re wondering about the craziest thing I’ve ever done—skydiving with my wife for her 30th birthday definitely tops the list.
