Hi my name is Eric Ochoa, and I’ve lived in this area since the early 2000s and have watched these local communities grow so much. I find myself in a position to be able to help others who call these same community’s home.

With my background in high-quality customer service and coaching clients to reach their goals, I plan to apply these skills to the mortgage industry. As this is one of the greatest decisions in many people’s lives, I get excited to help through educating, motivating, and simplifying throughout the entirety of this seemingly complicated task.

This area has help me grow up to be the person I am today, and I’m happy to repay the favor to my best ability. I, along with the entire Element Mortgage team, are dedicated to optimizing the mortgage process while providing personal coaching every step of the way.
