About Jon

Jon Grus is a Branch Manager and Mortgage Consultant with Element Mortgage, a Division of American Pacific Mortgage Corporation. Jon’s passion is helping guide clients through the home lending journey with a consultative, honest and enthusiastic approach.

“Buying a new home or refinancing your current home can be a stressful endeavor” says Jon. “My goal is to earn the trust of my clients by providing accurate information in a timely manner, while doing everything possible to make the process easy and fun!”

With many years in the lending industry, Jon’s in-depth knowledge will ensure the solution is found for his clients’ specific needs and goals.

A true second-generation North West Native, Jon has an intimate knowledge of the Puget Sound and the intricacies of this unique real estate market. Born and raised in Edmonds, Jon attended the University of Washington (GO HUSKIES!!). He met his wife in college and they currently reside in NE Seattle with their two children. In his free time you will find Jon on the golf course in the summer, skiing in the winter and coaching his kids baseball teams in the spring. Jon and his wife are also very involved with the Northwest Kidney Centers and are co-chairs of the annual Discovery Gala Auction.
