Kim has had a career in real estate finance in Florida for the past 25 years. The subtle difference between “job” and a “career” is the passion exhibited in a person’s transcript. She has an outstanding record in helping people gain access to home ownership and leading the Florida Funding team to do the same. She brings to the mortgage industry an ability to use both knowledge of the market and passion for quality customer service to help customers finance the home of their dreams.

A long time Certified Residential Appraiser, Kim is also proficient in residential property valuations. Kim has a long tenure in consumer banking, finance and mortgage and is proud alumnus of the University of Central Florida. She is a native Floridian who can be found enjoying the waters around Florida, playing/watching sports, and spending time with her family.
