Quinn Barnett has been in mortgage lending since 2022 and loves helping families understand their next steps and find the best loan products, so they can feel peace throughout the closing process—and long after. Before entering the lending industry, Quinn worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at L3Harris, where he developed a strong attention to detail and financial analysis skills that continue to serve him in his current role. Having moved multiple times with his family, he understands firsthand the importance of financial peace during seasons of change. A firm believer in the wealth-building power of real estate, Quinn also invests with his family in long-term rentals in the Northeast Florida market.

Quinn and his wife, Faith, live in Jacksonville, Florida, with their daughter and are expecting their second child later this year. They enjoy the joys and chaos of parenting young kids—teaching them, cooking together, and spending many afternoons at the park or Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens. They are active members of a local church, where their relationship with God and their community provide continual support through life’s ups and downs.

In the limited free time that parenting allows, Quinn enjoys playing sports—especially ultimate frisbee and beach volleyball—coaching in the local recreational flag football program, and spending time with friends.
