It has been a while since we bought our first home, but I still smile every time I hear the words “Clear to close” because I can relate to that moment when our client gets the loan approval and are on their way to realize one of their lifetime goals.

I have worked in the Real Estate Industry since 2015 and I have a Business education background. Creating a seamless transaction takes communication and teamwork. Is it a first time buyer?
