Terri Hatfield Dull is a seasoned mortgage professional known for her resourcefulness, warmth, and unwavering commitment to helping families turn homeownership into reality. With a career that began in 2004, paused briefly, and reignited with purpose in 2017, Terri has since served over 1,500 families and funded more than $350 million in home loans. She currently serves as a Market Leader and Senior Mortgage Loan Originator at Element Mortgage.

Before entering the mortgage world, Terri spent years as a schoolteacher, which shaped her passion for service, education, and community. She holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Central Florida, and that dedication to educating others is still at the heart of her approach today.

Terri is best known for being a full-solution lending expert — specializing in creative, out-of-the-box financing strategies for self-employed borrowers, first-time homebuyers, relocation clients, and real estate investors. From down payment assistance to DSCR and commercial loans, Terri thrives on saying “yes” when others say “no.” She’s passionate about solving complex scenarios and is deeply committed to providing an exceptional experience for each and every client. Through Element, Terri has the ability to help clients in all 50 states.

Terri’s professional life is rooted in community. She was recently honored with a Best in Industry award in Winter Garden through The Local and previously named as a Who’s Who of Horizon West. She is one of the founding members of the Rotary Club of Horizon West (Past President and current Secretary), and a proud six-term Secretary/Treasurer of her local BNI chapter.

Outside of mortgages, Terri is a dedicated wife, mom, and avid world traveler. She and her husband Greg (known around town as the “points and miles guru”) share a blended family of five adult children and have explored 16 countries together in the past six years — with Switzerland, Bali, Turkey and Thailand topping their favorites list.
