Named to the National 40 Under 40 in 2023, PJ was also recognized by Scotsman Guide as a Top 1% Loan Officer in both 2024 and 2025. As VP of Sales, PJ focuses on building high-performance sales teams, developing future leaders, and driving sustainable production growth across the organization.

At Element Mortgage, he plays a critical role in organizational alignment, employee retention, and internal growth strategies. Working closely with Evan and PJ, Joe oversees onboarding, supports leadership initiatives, and ensures the company’s people-first culture scales effectively.
