A large residential subdivision on 60 acres of vacant Fort Collins farmland is on the verge of development, according to the Coloradoan.
The 205-home area will be located on South Timberland Road after it was approved by a hearing officer for the city of Fort Collins. Plans include 205 single-family homes with 151 detached and 54 attached homes, according to plans filed with the city.
Future residents will be able to navigate the new neighborhood with the extension of Zephyr Road and Rosen Drive.
This is a great location and is situated not far from two other residential projects, including a proposed 240-unit apartment complex along 10 acres of land. Another 184 single-family homes are also planned.
In addition to all the new dwellings, the city is planning for the construction of a new neighborhood park that will be wedged between two of the properties.
