Chimney Park of Fort Collins earned a coveted spot on Open Table’s Top 100 restaurants in America.
The prestigious designation is for restaurants that regularly inspire their customers with delicious food, excellent customer service and set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. More than 12 million reviews of 30,000-plus restaurants across the country went into selecting the winners for 2019.
In all, four restaurants in Colorado made the cut, including Carlos’ Bistro, Bistro Barbes and The Family Jones Spirit House.
Chimney Park, which is located just outside of Fort Collins in Windsor, was established in 2007 by chef Jason Shaeffer. The restaurant focuses on access to great food and simplicity.
It sources local, seasonal and organic ingredients from across the state to create exquisite five-course meals. Entrees include 1855 black Angus beef, wagyu beef New York Strip, bison New York strip, glazed duroc pork tenderloin, rack of lamb, black-pepper-crusted barramundi and daily fish selections at market price.
